4. Scuba Diving Paphos Cyprus

Rating: 4.8 / 5 (39 reviews)

We love Scuba diving and Cyprus is one of the best places in the Mediterranean to try it!

Why choose this tour? On the Mediterranean Scuba Diving Half-Day Tour, you’ll dive to 5 m and discover an ancient Roman underwater harbour.

On this tour, you’ll not just be dropped into the water, you’ll get a proper glimpse into Scuba diving. Prepare yourself by completing the Discover Scuba Diving eLearning you will have access to after the booking.

Your day starts with a briefing including how to equalise, the most important hand signals, and the equipment. Afterwards, you’ll jump into the pool to practice your new skills in a safe environment.

Following is the highlight of the day: The training dive site “Roman Wall” – a shore dive that is the perfect place for beginner divers. Discover ancient Roman amphorae – and possibly sea turtles.

  • Scuba diving equipment including a wetsuit and boots.
  • PADI Discover Scuba Diving eLearning product.
  • Water, tea, coffee, and fresh fruits.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! WOW!! WE MANAGED TO SEE A TURTLE UNDER THE WATER 🐢 From the very begging they treat you so well, offering a welcome drink, smiling all the time, putting you confortable with everything. Was our 1st time doing scuba diving. After 20 min of being in the pool, we were already ready to go to the open sea. I recommend it! Almost mandatory!

Really good day out, the stops at each location were perfectly timed so you had enough time to see everything but didn’t get bored. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Just beware it is a very long (but definitely worthwhile) day, it worked out 12 hours from when I got picked up to being dropped off. I would definitely never have been able to plan this kind of excursion by myself in Cyprus so it was worth every penny.
